Ingredients:
Maggi Noodles - 2 pack small size 35 gms each
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Chopped Cabbage - 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 2 pieces of medium size
Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup Chopped
Green Chilli - 3 - 4 pieces
Gram Flour
Semolina
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
Maggi Masala Magic
Salt
Sugar
Refined Oil
Procedure
: First make Maggi noodles with dry gravy in less water.
After making maggi keep it for cool completely.
Then add all ingredients like chopped cabbage, chopped coriander leaves, chopped carrot, chopped green chilli, gram flour, semolina, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Maggi masala magic and mix all very well.
Make some pakoda balls by using this mixture and fry all pakoda in hot refined oil.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
