Paneer Corn Pyaaz Kachori - Easy Indian Starters & Party Snacks Recipe

Ingredients for Outer Layer :

- 3 Boiled Potatoes,

Bread Crumbs of 3 Slices,

1 tsp Green Chill Paste,

2 Tbsp Coriander,

1 tsp Ajwain ( Ajowan),

Salt to Taste.

Ingredients for Stuffings :-

2 Tbsp Paneer ( Cottage Cheese),

2 Tbsp Boiled Corn,

2 Tbsp Onion,

3 Tbsp Spicy Sev ( Indian Spicy Fried Noodles),

1/2 tsp Chaat Masala,

1/2 tsp Garam Masala,

2 Tbsp Coriander,

1 tsp Chili Paste,

Salt to Taste.

Other Ingredients :

- Oil for Frying.

Procedure :

- Take boiled Potatoes in a plate. Add Bread Crumbs, Coriander, Chill Paste, Ajwain and Salt to taste and mix all ingredients well. Keep this aside for a while.

Now, take Paneer, Corn, Onion, Spicy Sev, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala. Coriander, Chili Paste and Salt to taste and mix well.

First apply some oil on your palm and take the Potato mixture and spread on palm.

On this flattened Potatoes mix add Corn, Paneer Mixture and give a Kachori (flatten round) shape.

Prepare all the Kachoris in the same way.

Heat the oil and dust some Maida on Kachori and fry them in oil till they become crispy and golden brown.

Serve with Tomato Ketchup and Green Chutney.
