MAKE NEST
3 TBSP MAIDA
2 TBSP WATER
MIX WELL
DIP NEST
COAT WITH SEV
FREEZE FOR 15 MINUTES
100 G PANEER
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
MIX WELL
MAKE EGG-SHAPED BALLS
FRY IN OIL
FRY NEST
1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TSP CORIANDER CHUTNEY

Method:
For Nest:
In a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes.
then add grated paneer, boiled green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, onion garlic paste, onion, salt, red bell pepper, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix them well.
Then make nest shape tikki.
Rest it for 15 min.
I In a bow add maida and water. Dip the nest shape tikki into it and coat it with the sev.
Again let it rest for few min.
For eggs:
in abowl add grated paneer, saltblack pepper.
Mix them well.
Make the into small egg shapes.
In a pan add oil and let it heat.
Add the paneer eggs and fry them for a min.
Let the color be white only.
Now add the aloo nest in the oil pan and fry them.
Take out them and place coriander leaves into the nest at last mint chutney and then keep the paneer eggs into it.
Serve it !!
