Gummy Fruit Snack Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound organic blueberries/mixed berries

4 tbsp grass-fed gelatin

1/3 cup coconut milk

Vanilla/lemon stevia drops to taste/raw honey

Directions

Soften fruit in a frying pan and mash with a fork once it is soft.

As fruit is simmering, put your coconut milk in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin over top.

Let it dissolve completely.

Add gelatin to warmed fruit and stir in well.

Add sweeter of choice.

Pour mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper.

Set in fridge at least two hours.

Cut into squares or fun shapes with cookie cutters! Will last in fridge for approx a week!
