INGREDIENTS:
Potato - 1 cup, boiled and mashed,
Paneer - 1 cup, shredded,
Spinach - 1/2 cup, boiled and chopped,
Onion - 1 small finely grated,
Garlic - 1 tbsp, finely grated,
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp,
Gram masala powder - 1 tsp,
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp,
Salt to taste,
Corn flour - 2 tbsp,
METHOD:
Into a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix together.
Prepare a dough.
Take a another bowl add 2 tbsp of corn flour and 3 tbsp of water mix well and prepare a thin batter.
With the dough make medium sizes of flat round shape, insert your thumb in the middle of it and make a hole, it will be looking like a ring.
Keep a side.
Deep the ring into the thin batter and deep fry it.
Fry it until light brown. Serve hot.
