energy bar recipe | healthy snack recipe | oats and walnut

INGREDIENTS:

Oats :1 Cup (small)

Sugar powder :2 tablespoon

Honey :2 tablespoon

Butter :1 teaspoon

Walnuts :4-5 Nos.

Green Cardamom :2 Nos.(seeds)

Recipe:

Step 1: Take a pan on high flame. Put the oats on pan and dry roast for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Take it out in a bowl.

Step 2: Add butter, cardamom seeds, honey, walnuts and sugar powder. Mix well.

Step 3: Take a square sheet of foil paper. Place the mixture on the foil. Let them plain and press.

Step 4: Wrap the foil paper and press it well. Cover it.

Step 5: Keep it in the freezer for 1 hour . After that take it out.

Step 6 :Oat meal energy bar is ready . You can cut it into desired shape
