Ingredients-
2 cup corn flour
½cup wheat flour
4 tbsp ghee
4-5 tbsp dry coconut powder
4 tbsp sugar powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
Salt as per taste
1 - Take corn flour, wheat flour ,salt, 4 tbsp ghee, sugar powder ,sesame seeds and coconut powder in a plate. Rub it properly.
2 - Then add water step by step in flour and make dough in it. Knead it properly.
3 - Divide the dough in small parts, spread it in your hand and cut in a Cookie cutter. Make some holes in toothpick over the dry snacks.
4 - Heat oil in medium flame ,add one by one pieces in lukewarm oil. Fry it till it turns to light golden brown colour and crisp.
5 - then take it in plate. Sfter come to room temperature you can store it in air tight container.
