INGREDIENTS:
Gram Flour (बेसन) – 2 Cups
Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियाँ) – 8-10 Pieces
Black Pepper Corn (काली मिर्च के दाने) – ½ TSP
Caraway (अजवाइन) – ½ TSP
Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च) Powder – ½ TSP
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ½ TSP
Water (पानी)– ¼ Cup
For Masala Paste
Salt (नमक) – 1 TSP
Asafoetida (हींग) – Pinch Off
Oil (तेल) – 3 TBSP
For Kneading Dough
Water (पानी) – ¼ CupFor Kneading Or As Required
Oil (तेल) – For Frying
RECIPE:
In A Grinding Jar Add Garlic, Pepper, Ajwain, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder & Water Grind It & Make A Paste.
Now In A Mixing Bowl,
Add Gram Flour, Salt, Asafoetida Mix It Well.
Add Paste Add Oil & Mix Well.
Add Water gradually & Make Dough.
Put Little Oil Above The Dough Do 2 Part Of The Dough For Making Sev.
Now Take The Flower Mould Grease The Chakli Maker.
Put The Dough In The Chakli Maker Cover It with lid.
Now Heat Oil On Medium Flame.
Press & Spread The Sev In Hot Oil Forming A Circle.
Fry It From Both Sides, Till It Becomes Golden In Colour.
Take It Out In A Serving Plate
Make Remaining Sev As Same.
After Cool Down, Break It.
Teekhi & Chatpati Garlic Sev Is Ready To Serve.
Serve It With Tea Or Coffee.
