some tips to make Romali roti..
1-use your own measurement to knead the dough i used 3.5 cups liquid which may not be equal for all kind of All purpose flour,so you can adjust the quantity keeping in mind that dough should be soft enough.
2.Don't overcook the Chappati as it will get hard.
3.Use Luke warm milk or water to knead the flour.
4.Cook on high flame for few seconds on each side.
5.Keep the Roti covered with a kitchen towel until serving as it may get harder when kept in air.
1 kg flour yields
15-16 chapatis large size Ingredients
All purpose flour 1 kg
Salt to taste
oil 2 tbs
lukewarm milk 3.5 cups or as required
