recipe and ingredients:
Ragi flour 1 cup or for 2 roti
Salt as per taste
Boil 2 cup water
Add ragi flour in the pan with water on slow flame,
Mix and Stir it little (For soft ragi rotis)
Take the pan content into a plate Sprinkle cold water
Mix it well
Now knead it into dough by applying a little water
Dough is ready
Roll in roti as shown by applying flour and a little water
Heat a tawa
Apply a little water as shown on the roti on medium flame,
Put the roti on tawa after 1 minute, apply water as shown and turn the roti On full flame, cook for 2-3 min Turn the roti slowly again cook cook for 1 min Ragi roti is ready.
Serve hot with gravy or vegetable.
