Boondi Raita || Quick & Easy Yoghurt Dip Recipe || Side Dish of Biryani & Pulao

Ingredients:

1 cup Boondi

Water 2 & 1/2 cups

yogurt 1/2 tsp

roasted cumin seed

powder Sugar (Optional)

1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder

1/2 tsp chaat masala powder

Salt

Coriander leaves(Optional)

Method:

- Soak the boondi in hot water and leave it aside for 2 mins

- In a bowl add the yogurt,2 cups yogurt with 1/2 cup water, roasted cumin seed powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and whisk everything well.

- Drain out all the water from the boondi and pour the boondi in the bowl

- Mix everything well and serve chilled.
