Ingredients
Dahi – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 1
Cucumber grated 2
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Method:-
1) In a bowl add curd and whisked. Add salt, coriander chopped, Green chilli chopped and grated cucumber and mix well.
2) Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves and sauté. Add this tempering to the Raita and mix. Remove it in a bowl and serve hot.
