Tomato Onion Raita Recipe` Quick & Easy Yoghurt Dip by Tarla Dalal

Preparation Time: 10 minutes.

Cooking Time: Nil.

Serves 4.

¾ cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup chopped onions

½ tsp finely chopped green chillies

½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder

2 cups whisked curds (dahi)

Salt to taste

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

1. Combine tomatoes, onions, green chillies and cumin seeds powder in a deep bowl and mix well.

2. Add the curds, salt and coriander and mix well.

3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve chilled.
