Cucumber and Carrot Raita
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Shredded Cucumber
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Grounded Mustard Seeds
Salt
1/4 Cup Shredded Carrot
1 Tablespoon Chopped Tomato
1/2 Teaspoon Chopped Green Chilli
1 Tablespoon Green Onions (Scallions)
Grounded Black Pepper
Cucumber and Carrot
Raita Directions:
1. Squeeze the juice from the cucumber
2. To the yogurt, add the cucumber, carrots, mustard seends, salt, tomato, green chilli, green onions, and black pepper.
3. Mix well
