Ingredients

Sour curd or dahi............................................250 ml

Green coriander..............................................3 Tbs

Green chillies..................................................4

Garlic cloves...................................................15-20 Salt...................................................................to taste

Black salt or kala namak................................1/2 tsp

Green food colour (optional)..........................a pinch diluted in water Water................................................................as required

Method

1. Take green coriander, green chillies, garlic cloves and a little bit of water in a jar and grind all the ingredients to make a chutney like paste.

2. Take sour curd add water for required consistency and blend it.

3. After blending the curd add rock salt, white salt, chutney mix , green colour and again blend it for few seconds.

4. Your tasty dahi raita is ready enjoy this raita with biryani , pulao, tandoori chicken and kababs.
