Ingredients
1½ cups yogurt
1 medium onion
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp ghee
4-5 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp Tata Sampann
Turmeric Powder
Roasted cumin powder for garnish
Coriander sprig for garnish
Method
1. In a bowl, add yogurt. Chop onion and add it to the yogurt, add salt, red chilli powder and mix well.
2. For the tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add garlic and cumin seeds, cook till slightly golden brown.
3. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well. Cook for a few seconds. Add the tempering to the yogurt mixture. Mix till well combined.
4. Garnish with roasted cumin powder and coriander sprig. Serve.
