Pineapple Raita - Ananas Raita Recipe | Indian Dip | Chef Girish | Flavors Of South India

1 cup fresh curd/yogurt

1/2 cup chopped pineapple cubes

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1 or 2 tbsp sugar or add as per taste

Method:

Whisk the curd till its smooth.

Add cumin powder, chaat masala, sugar.

Mix well. Now add the chopped pineapple.

Mix well. Chill the pineapple raita before serving.

Serve pineapple raita with any indian main course.
