Ingredients are:- 1.Cashew-10-12 2.Rasins-15-20 3.Walnuts-1 tbsp( broken walnuts) 4.Sugar- to taste 5.Cardamom-2 6.Ghee-For frying Parantha 7.Chiraunji-1 tbsp 8.wheat Dough-for 4-5 Paranthas 9.Melon / pumpkin seeds-1 tbsp 10.Almond-10-12 11.Grated coconut-1 tbsp Procedure:- 1.first grind all ingredients dry fruits and make a coarse powder ( don't grind rasins and cardamom) 2.once coarse powder is ready add raisins` cardamom ` grated coconut and add 2 tbsp sugar and mix them well 3.Meanwhile heat up the tawa 4.take a big lemon size of dough and roll it 5.sprinkle some wheat flour and role it and make a roti 6.keep it aside and make one more roti 7.now place stuffing on the roti / chapati 8.spread it eventually 9.now place second roti over the first roti and lock the sides from all over( as shown in the video) 10.Dustin with some flour and role it gently 11.now place it into hot tawa 12.Cook it till it become golden brown from both side( press the sides with spatula gently) 13.After 2 minutes flip it and cook it from another side 14.now add ghee both side and cook it and press it gently from corner 15.Healthy and tasty dry fruits stuffed parantha is ready take out into a plate 16.Serve it hot For more Delicious Egg
