In the first step we will take different kinds of dry fruits according to your taste in this recipe i took 250 grams of khoya/maava` 1 cup sugar` 1 cup dry dates` 1 cup fresh coconut` 1 cup wallnuts` 1 tablespoon pistachio` 1 cup peeled almonds and 1 cup of raisins. Take all the the igredients and mix them together properly. Our filling has been ready. In the second step we will make a dough of samosa... first of all we take 1/2kg white flour` 2 tablespoon of ghee & milk as required to kneed a dough` now we will kneed a firm dough` now cover it properly and let it rest for 15 minutes. In the third step we will make a sugar syrup by taking 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Keep it on a flame because we will use the hot sugar syrup. In the fourth step we will use the dough we made earlier. Now we will make small balls of the dough & flatten them with the help of rolling pin. We will not flatten them thin but a thick layer like a paratha. When its become flatten completely we will fill our dryfruits & mawa filling into it and fold them carefully. In the final step we will take a deep frying pan and fill it with the oil and leave it for 2 minutes until it becomes warm. we wont make the oil so hot. Now we will pour our samosa's one by one & cook them on a very low flame until they become golden brown. In the last part you can decorate them with dry fruits or powder sugar.
