INGREDIENTS 1) 100 gms of all purpose flour - maida 2) 70 gms of castor sugar 3) 1/4 tsp of vanilla essence 4) 50 gms of butter 5) 1/2 tsp of baking powder 6) 100 gms of grinded almonds and cashews (you can any dry fruits of your choice) METHOD 1) Beat sugar and butter till you get a creamy batter. 2) Than add dry fruits - grinded 3) Add all other dry ingredients and essence and fold the dough 4) If you are unable to fold the dough you can add 1 or 2 tsp or more milk 5) Keep the dough in fridge for 30 mins 6) After half an hour take out the dough and roll it on rolling pin and give cookie shape 7) sprinkle some chopped pistachios on the cookie and bake them at 140* for 20 to 25 mins 8) Set the oven according to your temperature
