Ingredients: • 1 tsp Oil • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds • 1 cup Finely chopped Onion • 1 tbsp Capsicum • 1 tsp Green chili • 1 tsp Grated Ginger • 1 cup Rava / Semolina • 1/2 cup Dahi / Yogurt • Salt to taste • 1 cup Water • 1 tsp Eno fruit salt. Method: • Heat up oil in a pan. • Add mustard seeds and let them pop up. • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. • Add onion and fry until it turns light golden. • Add capsicum` green chilies and ginger. • Mix well and fry for about 2 minutes. • You can add grated carrot or different colored capsicum too. • Turn off the gas and keep it aside. • Take rava in a bowl and add curd` salt in it. Mix well. • Add water. Mix well. • Add fried veggies and mix well. • Cover and rest the batter for 15-20 minutes. • Take the batter and add eno fruit salt just before making appe. Mix well. • Heat up appe patra and add a little oil in each mould. • Add appe batter in each mould. • Add a little oil at the sides of appe. • When appe get nice golden color flip them over with the help of knife of spoon. • Roast from other side until these turn nice golden. • Take the appe out into a dish. • App are already. Serve with chutney.
