पोहा डोसा- Poha Dosa Recipe In Marathi - Healthy Breakfast Recipe - Archana

Ingredients:

- Poha, soaked & ground

1 Onion, finely chopped

Coriander leaves, chopped

Curry Leaves, chopped

1 Spring Onion, chopped

3 Green Chillies, finely chopped

1 Tomato, finely chopped

1 tbsp Coriander powder

Salt to taste

1/4 cup Semolina/Rava

Water as required

Oil for frying

Method:

- In a bowl add poha, tomato, onion, spring onion, coriander, curry leaves, green chilli, coriander powder, salt, semolina, water and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, take half ladle batter and make small dosa's. Close the lid and let it cook on one side first and then flip it and cook it on another side as well. Our Poha Dosa is ready to eat.
