Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
Butter 2 tb
Cardamom powder ¼ ts
Baking powder pinch
Jaggery water ¼ cup
Milk as required
Salt (optional)
Coconut (grated) 3 tb
Directions:
Take a bowl add wheat flour, butter, cardamom powder, baking powder, mix this and add jaggery water, milk, mix this like a dosa batter, Pour this batter like pancakes and add melted butter cook on both sides (if you want crispy cook only on one side see the image picture) and stuff with grated coconut and sugar. Serve this hot.
