Ingredients:-
1 cup rice Jaggery:
3 tablespoons Elaichi Powder:
1/2 teaspoon Dahi:
2 tablespoons Poha:
1/2 cup Salt:
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder:
1/4 tsp Water:
1/2 cup Oil
Method of Preparation
- Wash and soak the rice overnight.
- Grind rice, jaggery, elaichi powder, dahi, poha, salt, turmeric powder and water to make a very smooth consistency batter.
- Transfer it to the mixing bowl.
- Leave to ferment overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Pour batter onto it and spread in a circular motion.
- Cover it with a lid and let it cook evenly on both the sides
- Sweet dosa is ready to serve. Enjoy!
