Ingredients
Paneer - 200 Gms
Onion - 1 No. Finely Chopped
Green Chili - 1 No. Deseeded & Finely Chopped
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Besan - 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
Processed Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Corn Flour - 3 Tsp
Oil For Deep Frying
Method
Grate the paneer in a bowl Add cornflour, rice flour, onion, green chilies, salt, coriander leaves and mix well Mix well till you get a soft dough Take a small portion of the mixture and stuff it with a piece of cheese cube Dip the balls in cornflour slurry Roll the balls in bread crumbs well and set it in the refrigerator for about 10-15 mins Heat some oil for deep frying, slowly drop the paneer cheese balls into the hot oil Fry them till they are golden brown in color Serve them hot with some ketchup or spicy mayo.
