Ingredients:

For The Gravy
Butter
Cashews
Ginger Paste
Tomato Puree
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala

Green Peas

Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and add onions, capsicum, green chillies and tomatoes. Mix them well.
- Add salt, garam masala, red chilli powder and coriander leaves. Give it a mix
. - Add scrambled paneer in to the masala and mix it well.
- Keep this mixture a side.
For The Gravy
- Heat butter in the pan, fry cashews and later add ginger paste, tomato puree and mix well.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and cook well.
- Add water for gravy consistency and add green peas and coriander leaves.
- Finally add the paneer bhurji in to the gravy and mix well.
