Baked Paneer Handi

Ingredents

• 2 tbsp Fresh & Pure Oil

• 2 Onions

• 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

• 2 Tomatoes

• ½ cup Carrots, Diced

• ½ cup Cauliflower, Florets

• ½ cup Potato, Diced

• ¼ cup Green Peas

• ¼ cup French Beans

• 1 Golden Harvest Bay Leaf

• 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Garam Masala

• 1 inch Golden Harvest/ Premium Harvest Cinnamon Stick

• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder

• 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder

• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste

• 2 tbsp Cream

• 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

• 250 gms Paneer

For Garnishing:

• 100 gms Cheese

• 2 nos Tomatoes

• 100 gms Tri Coloured Bell Pepper

• 1 tbsp Parsley

Method

In a pan add water and a little salt along with turmeric powder bring it to a boil and put all vegetables in it and boil them properly. Now in a blender add onion, ginger and garlic paste, tomatoes and blend it into a fine paste. In a pan heat oil, add bay leaf and the onion tomato paste suate for while and cook it properly. Now add all dried spices and saute well. Once it is mixed add the boiled vegetables, some water and simmer for a while. Now add the cream, mix it and switch off the flame.

To assemble

In a baking dish add sliced paneer then the gravy and repeat it again. Now add grated cheese on it, sliced tomatoes and chopped bell peppers and bake it at 170-180°© or till it becomes golden brown. Cut and Serve it.
