1 small bowl of pure ghee
1 small bowl of whole wheat flour
Sugar
Saffron
Almonds
Pistachios
Method
Heat pan on medium flame and add ghee Once it is hot enough add whole wheat flour Keep stirring, ensure no lumps are formed and stir till it turns to reddish brown in colour Now add sugar Stir is vigorously ensure that sugar does not caramelize Now add hot water Keep it stirring and ensure no lumps are formed Once the ghee separates from the mixture, add slivered dry fruits to garnish
