Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush
1 Green chilli
3 Spring Onions, chopped
1 Capsicum
1 Cup Cabbage
4 Cup Water
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Veg Seasoning Cube (soaked in water)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Add ginger garlic crush, green chilli, spring onions, capsicum and cabbage. Saute everything well.
- In a large bowl add water.
- Then add corn flour, red chilli sauce, veg seasoning cube, soy sauce and salt. Stir well.
- Add this mixture to the saute vegetables. Mix well.
- Let everything boil for 5 minutes.
- Veg Manchow Soup is ready. Serve hot!
