Ingredients
Brown Bread - 1 Loaf
Unsalted Butter - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Chopped Italian Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
Pepper Chili Flakes - 1 Tsp
To Make Cheese Sauce Unsalted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Maida - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1 Cup (Boiled Milk At Room Temperate)
Cheddar Cheese - 200 Gms
Pepper Italian Seasoning - 1 Tsp (Optional)
Method
Cut the loaf into small bite-sized pieces Toast the bread pieces until browned but still soft inside Add the butter, garlic, red chili flakes, pepper, Italian seasoning to a pan.
Saute it for a few mins and add the toasted bread pieces to the butter and saute them Drizzle some olive oil over the bread pieces and keep them aside Melt the butter in a pan Once the butter is melted add the flour.
Whisk until it combines into a smooth paste Add the milk to the pan and continue whisking.
Once the mixture is well combined, turn off the stove Grate cheddar cheese into the mixture Turn on the stove and whisk the mixture well to get a silky smooth sauce Add pepper, Italian seasoning and whisk it Turn off the heat, and serve it hot with the garlic bread bites
