Bread Egg Masala| Quick 'n Easy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

Bread - 5 to 6 slices, any variety;

Eggs - 3 to 4 no.;

Onions - sliced, 1 ½ cups;

Tomato - pureed/crushed/finely chopped, ½ cup;

Ginger - finely chopped, 1 tsp;

Garlic - finely chopped, 3 to 4 cloves;

Bell peppers/capsicum - sliced, ½ cup;

Spices - ½ tsp each of turmeric powder and red chilli powder, a tsp each of coriander powder and garam masala powder, crushes black pepper to taste;

Salt to taste;

Cooking oil - 1 to 2 tbsp.
