Masala Egg Fry
Ingredients
1. 5 eggs
2. Oil
3. Water
4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
5. ½ tsp garam masala
6. ½ tsp black pepper
7. 1 tsp coriander powde
8. Salt
9. Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
Greese idli maker with cooking oil and add eggs in it.
Add 2 cup water in an idli steamer and put egg in it carefully.
Cover it and cook for 5 min in low flame.
After 5 min egg is cooked.
Take out with help of knife.
Take 2 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add water and make a paste.
Coat egg pieces one by one in these spices.
Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan and fry egg pieces from both sides.
Now serve it.
