Ingrediants..
1. Dahi /Curd -1cup + 1Cup
2. Besan /Cheakpeas flour -1/2cup
3. Boil Potato -2/3
4. Carrot -1tb
5. Boiled Peas -1tb
6. Curry leaves -7/8
7. Rai /Mustered Seeds -1/2ts
8. Jeera /Cumin -1/4ts
9. Haldi /Turmeric -1/2ts
10. Sugar -1ts
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil
13. Red chilli powder -1/4ts
14. Red chilli flex -1/2ts
15. Ginger paste -1/4ts
16. Corriander -1tb
Method..
1. For Dahi chutney - Take a Curd add salt to taste, Sugar wisk it. In a tadka pan add oil, Rai,curryleaves gas off and then add pinch off Haldi this tadka pour in curd mix it and our dahi chutney for Dahi Appe /Appam is ready.
2. For Batter - Take a bowl add Curd, Besan wisk it, add Salt to taste, Haldi, Red chilli powder, Ginger paste mix it.Batter is ready.
3. Bharta FOR Stuffing - In a pan add Oil, Rai, jeera, Corriander, salt to taste, Red chilli flex, Mashed Boiled Potato, carrot, boiled peas mix and mash with masher.. Bharta is ready …then cool it and when it get cooled make small balls of it.
4. Take a Appe pan grease with Oil addhalf spoon of batter, keep bharta ball, and again pour batter and cover the ball. cover the lid and cook for 2min. in low to medium flame, then flip it and again cook for 2min. Our Tasty Dahi Appe /Appam is ready to serve with tempting Dahiwali tadka chutney..
