Veg Hyderabadi recipe (4-5 servings)

- Ingredients for paste

- 2 tblsps Oil

2 medium Onion slices

6 cloves Garlic

1 inch Ginger

3 green Chillies

1 big Tomato chopped

1 cup Coriander Leaves

20 leaves of Blanched Spinach (Palak)

Ingredients for Gravy

- 2 tblsps Oil

1 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)

2 green Cardamom (Elaichi)

1 piece Cinnamon (Dalchini)

1 Capsicum diced Paste prepared above

2 tblsps Fresh Curd (Fresh Dahi)

2 tblsps Malai

1 tsp red Chilly powder

1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya Powder)

1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)

1 pinch Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)

1/2 cup boiled Beans

1/2 cup boiled Cauliflower

1/2 cup boiled Green Peas (Mutter)

1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)

50 gram Paneer cubes

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
