ingredients-
200 gm basmati rice
vedetables-1 onion, peas,carrot,cauliflower,french beas,paneer ,tomato (2tbsp each)
2 green chllis
curry leaves
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder
, 1/2 tsp cumin powde4,
1 tsp coriender powderand
2 tsp goda masala.
whole spices- 3 to 4 bay leaves, 1 black cardamon, 5 green cardamon, 1 inch cinamon, 4 cloves and 5 pepper corn.
1/4 tsp musturd and cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
2 tsp garlic crushed
1 tbsp cashewnuts

method
- soak rice in water for 1/2 an hour. in a pan heat 3 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp oil. give tempering of whole spices,musturd ,cumin seeds,curry leaves and green chillis. add onion and cook it it becomes soft. add vegetables Accept paneer and tomato. cook for 2 mins then add paneer and tomato cook for 1 min.add ginger and garlic .mix.add rice and mix.stir for 1 min. add all masalas.mix.add salt.add cashew nuts,coriender and 1 tbsp ghee. add 400 ml hot water and cook for 15 mins on low flame.after 15 mins. check . masala bhaat is ready.
