Ingredients:-
For the Dough:-
150 gms. Sago (Washed and soaked for 3-4 hours)
3 Potatoes, boiled and grated
1 tsp. Red Chilli powder/Dry red chillies, corasely ground
1 tsp. Cumin seed powder
3 tbsp. Crushed Groundnut
Salt, to taste
Oil for frying
Method:-
- In a bowl mix all the dough ingredients and make a dough.
- Fill this dough in the Chakli maker and make Chaklis.
- Dry these Chaklis under the Sun for 3-4 days.
- Deep fry these in oil and serve.
