रताळ्याचे गोड काप | Ratalyache kaap Recipe | madhurasrecipe | Maha Shivratra Special

Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Ghee

• 1 cup thin slices of Ratale (Sweet potato)

• 1 tsp Cashew nuts

• 2 tsp grated fresh Coconut

• 3/4 cup Sugar

• Cardamom powder

Method:

• Heat up ghee in a pan.

• Wash ratale really good and make thin slices of it. You can chop it into small pieces too.

• Add these slices in ghee. Add cashew nuts.

• You can use dry fruits of your choice like almonds, raisins etc.

• Add grated fresh coconut. Mix well.

• Cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

• Ratale gets cooked quickly. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and add sugar. You can use powdered sugar too

• You can increase or decrease sugar according to your taste. Just keep in mind that ratale is little sweet.

• Add cardamom powder and cook for about 4-5 minutes until sugar melts.

• If you think sugar is not melting, then sprinkle 2-3 tsp water.

• After 5 minutes turn off the gas and ratalyache kaap are already.
