Ingredients:-
2- 1/2 cup Semolina
1cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Yoghurt
1/2 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Oil
Kesar Essence
1-1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
Method:
- In a bowl add semolina, powdered sugar, and mix well.
Add yoghurt, condensed milk, milk, oil, and mix well.
Add kesar essence, baking powder, baking soda, and mix well.
Transfer the batter to a greased mould and let it bake at 180 C for 30-35 minutes. Our Spongy Rava Cake is ready.
