Ing:
250 gm Mutton
2 Onion
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
5 to6 Pepper Corns
5 to6 Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
1Bay Leaf
7 to 8Garlic buds
half inch Ginger piece
2 Green chillies
Coriander leaves
2 tsp Bajri Flour
2 1/2 tsp Ghati Masala
Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
Marinate Mutton with Salt & Turmeric powder Roast Onion on direct flame
Heat little Oil in griddle & roast all the Masala Make a fine paste
Heat Oil in pressure cooker
Add chopped Onion & saute it Add marinated mutton & saute saute it for 5 mins
Add ghati Masala
Add ground Masala & saute it
Roast till Mutton starts leaving its Oil Add 2 glass of hot water Pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles
