Kari Dosa | Madurai Special Kari Dosa

Ingredients To Make Keema Masala:

Oil - 1 tbsp

Onions 2 Chopped

Green chili 2 Chopped

Tomatoes 2 Chopped

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Rock Salt 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Red chili powder 2 tsp

Coriander powder 2 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Mutton keema 250 gms

Water

To Make Kari Dosa

: Dosa batter

Method

1.Heat a pan with some oil, add onions, green chilies, curry leaves and saute them

2.Add ginger garlic paste and saute along

3.Add tomatoes and cook them

4.Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well

5.Add the mutton keema and cook for 5 mins

6.Add enough water and close and cook for 20 mins

7.Finally add garam masala, coriander leaves and mix well

8.Keep this aside

9.Beat an egg and keep it aside

10.Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of the dosa batter

11.After a couple of seconds, pour the egg onto the dosa

12.Add oil and cook it

13.After the egg settles into the dosa, add the mutton keema gravy

14.Add coriander leaves and pepper powder on top of it

15.Flip it and add oil and cook it

16.Serve the Kari Dosa hot
