Bread Omelette in Telugu | How to make Bread Omelette Recipe | Hyderabadi Ruchulu

INGREDIENTS

1. Bread Slices

2. Eggs

3. Onions

4. Coriander Leaves

5. Green Chillies

6. Chilli Powder

7. Salt

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan.

Add diced onions and fry.

Add green chillies and fry.

Fry till onions turn brown.

Break eggs in a bowl. Beat the eggs.

Add previously fried ingredients to the eggs.

Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt or salt to taste and mix.

Add coriander leaves and mix.

Toast butter on a pan by adding butter or clarified butter (ghee).

Toast on one side and flip.

Spread the egg mixture on the toasted side with a spoon.

Flip and spread the egg mixture.

Add oil and flip.

Cook for a couple of minutes and serve.
