Bhindi/okra-250 gm(washed)
Tomato(chopped)-1(large)
Garlic(peeled)-8 to 10
Green chilli-1 or 2
Coriander leaves(washed and chopped)-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds or cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds or coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper or powder-8 to 10 or 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-1.5 tbsp
Cooking oil-5 tbsp
Salt to taste
