Paneer Chilly | Indo-Chinese | Quick Side Dish | Veg Recipes

RECIPE

Step 1

150-200 gms Paneer cut in cubes.

1/4 cup Oil

* Shallow fry Paneer and set aside .

Step 2

1/2 tsp corn starch

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Green chilli sauce

1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Pepper powder

2-3 tbsp water

* Mix every thing well and make a thin milk like cosistancy paste.

Step 3

Chop vegetables 1 tbsp

Ginger minced 1 tbsp

ginger minced 2 tbsp

onion cubes 1/2 cup

Colourful bellpepper cubes

1 green chilli slit in two (optional)

1/4 cup spring onions chopped

Other Ingredients

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 green chilli slit in two (optional)

1/4 tsp vinegar .

Step 4

1. Heat same oil that we fried Paneer.

2. Add minced ginger and garlic. Saute on medium high flame for 1 minute .

3. Keep staring to avoid ginger and garlic from burning.

4. Throw in the onions and bell peppers.

5. Saute for another minute or so .

6. Remember we don't have to cook veges completely .

7. Now add in the prepared sauce mixture and mix well .

8. Add in the Paneer and mix throughly .

9. Last add green chillies , red pepper flakes and few drops of vinegar and spring onions .

10. Give it a last mix and ready to serve.

Tips.

1. It's important to keep every thing ready while cooking Chinese .

2. Chop all the vegetables evenly so they cool evenly

3. Ever ever over cook vegetables.

4. Cook on high or medium high flame .
