चाइनीस भेल | Street Style Chinese Bhel Recipe In Hindi | Indo-Chinese Recipe By Krishna Bhuptani

Ingredients:

For Chinese Bhel:

• 100 gms Fried Noodles

• 3-4 tbsp Spring Onions

• 1 cup Carrot & Capsicum

• 1/2 cup Cabbage

• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste

• 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves

• 1 Onion

• 1 tbsp Tasty Treat Ketchup

• 1 tsp Fresh & Pure Oil

• 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

• 1 tsp Tasty Treat Soya Sauce

Method: Chinese Bhel

1. Take a kadhai, pour in some oil, add chopped onions and Saute it for a minute.

2. Add a cup of carrots along with capsicums and Saute it again for around a minute.

3. Pour in soya sauce, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce and Mix it nicely together.

4. Add a cup of cabbage along with salt to taste and Saute on high flame.

5. Transfer the contents in a bowl and put a large bowl of fried noodles to it. Toss it together with two spatulas.

6. Add chopped spring onions, fresh coriander leaves and Give it a nice toss again.

7. Plate it nicely with a good garnish of spring onions and coriander leaves.

8. Serve with homemade Schezwan Sauce and Corn Toast.
