Soya Chunks Manchurian Recipe | Healthy Vegetarian Indo Chinese Starter Recipe | Kanak's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup soya chunks boiled (150 gms)

Salt to taste

2 tbsp all purpose flour/maida

3 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch

Pepper to season

1 tsp red chilly powder/paste

2 tsp ginger garlic crushed

1/2 tsp soy sauce

Oil for frying

SAUCE:

2-3 tbsp oil

2 tsp finely chopped ginger

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

2-3 slit green chillies

2-3 stalks spring onions (whites & greens seperate)

1 medium capsicum thinly sliced

2-3 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup

1 tsp red chilly sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp vinegar

2 tsp schezwan sauce (optional)

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 3-4 tbsp water
