IINGREDIENTS:

4 potatoes cut into wedges

Salt 1/2 tsp

red chilly sauce/paste/powder 2 tbsp

cornflour

Oil for frying

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

2 tsp finely chopped ginger

2-3 dried red chillies

Some spring onion whites/regular onions

1 small capsicum sliced

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/2 tsp red chilly flakes

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp red chilly sauce/paste

2 tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp sugar(optional)

2 tbsp schezwan sauce
