Ingredients:
3 medium size tomatoes
2 medium size onions
Few curry leaves
2 to 3 dried red chillies
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
Mixture Fine chop onions and tomatoes
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil
Add onions and cook them till they become translucent
Add salt
Add ½ tsp red chilli powder and fine chopped tomatoes
Mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes
Transfer the mixture in to the blender
Cool down the mixture, add some water and grind it.
Take out the mixture in a bowl
Tampering
Heat a pan and add oil
Add few mustard seeds and let it crackle
Add pinch of Asafoetida and mix it well
After mixing add few curry leaves
Now add sliced dried red chilles
