Masala Rice Recipe || Lunch Box Recipe || Breakfast Masala Rice Recipe

Method

1.Cooked rice - 2 cups

2.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon

3.To this add Cloves - 2 Cardamom - 1 Cinnamon - 1 Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon Fry for few seconds

4.Then add diced onions - 1 fry till they turn pinkish

5.Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears

6.Add Tomato paste of two medium sized tomatoes and fry for few seconds

7.Now add Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon And saute well

8.Add Chopped green chillies - 2 Few curry leaves Few coriander leaves Mix it

9.Add the cooked rice and mix well

10.Lower the flame and close the lid

11.After 10 minutes masala rice is ready to serve
