Ingredients:
3 cups Wheat Flour
4 cups Radish, grated
3 Onions, chopped
7-8 Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tbsp Amchur powder
Salt
Water as required
2 tbsp Oil
Method of preparation:
In a vessel, add wheat flour, radish, onions, green chillies, coriander, garam masala powder, amchur powder, salt, water, oil, mix well and knead it into the dough.
Take a big portion of the dough, give it a round shape, dip it in flour and roll it thick.
Heat a pan on medium flame, add ghee and place the paratha on it.
Fry till it's done on both sides. Our Mooliche Paratha is ready.
