दूध का इतना टेस्टी और आसान नाश्ता की आप रोज़ बनाकर खाएंगे /Breakfast Recipes /Bengali Milk Paratha

Ingrediants..

1. Maida /Refined Flour -1cup

2. Salt to taste

3. Oil

4. Milk powder -2tb

5. Sugar powder -2tb

6. Dalchini powder /Cinnamon powder -1/4ts

7.Warm Water -1/4Cup

Method...

Take a Maida add Salt to taste, 1tb Oil and 1/4cup warm water and knead a soft dough and cover for 10min

. In a small bowl add Milk powder, Sugar powder, Dalchini powder mix it well.

After 10 minute..

From Dough make 2 loi.

Roll it like roti, thin and big size, spread oil, then spread milk powder stuffing, fold it and make a square shape, and again roll.

Heat a pan in medium flame fry the paratha like roti both side, then add 2tb oil in pan and again fry the paratha both side. our super delicious Layered Like Milk paratha /Porata ready to eat.
